3 large russet potatoes
1 cup sour cream
2 cups cheddar cheese, grated (save some for topping)
1 cup milk
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked, and crumbled
1 Tbsp. bacon grease
1 tsp. garlic salt
1 Tbsp. chives
salt & pepper to taste
paprika as garnish

Directions:

Wash potatoes and cook in pressure cooker, or oven until done. Allow to cool until able to handle. Cut in half length-wise, and scoop out center into bowl, set aside potato skin. Add rest of ingredients (to your taste) and mash well. Place mixture in potato skins, top with a little more cheese, bacon, and paprika, and bake on cookie sheet at 375º until top is crisped-about 30 minutes.
