4 c. fresh broccoli heads, cut into bite sized pieces
3 tbsp. olive oil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Dash of garlic powder

Directions:
In a mixing bowl, toss broccoli and olive oil until coated. Pour into a stoneware baking sheet or cast iron skillet. Cook on 350º for 10-13 minutes until broccoli is bright green and tips are beginning to brown.
