2 (10 oz.) bags mixed salad greens
1 can thin rice noodles
3 oz. slivered almonds
1 large can mandarin oranges
scallions

Dressing:
4 T. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
6 T. rice vinegar
1/2 c. vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dressing ingredients together and shake. Wash salad greens and place in bowl. Add chopped scallion and drained mandarin oranges. Toast slivered almonds and add to salad. Add 1/2 can of rice noodles and than toss together with salad dressing.

This is a Wolf Family favorite. I sometimes cut the dressing and salad proportions in half when serving less than 5 people.
