28 oz. can crushed tomato
15 oz. can of tomato sauce
1 lb. ground beef
1 medium onion, chopped
3 shakes of garlic salt
1 tsp. oregano
1 medium cabbage
1/2 lb. mozzarella cheese, sliced
2 c. shredded mozzarella cheese
salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Peel the leaves from the cabbage head, place in a large pot with 2 inches of boiling water. Cover and steam the leaves about 15-20 minutes or until tender. Drain and cool the cabbage. Brown ground beef and chopped onion in a skillet. Drain grease. Add tomato sauce. 3/4 can crushed tomato, 1 tsp. oregano, garlic salt, salt and pepper. Mix all together. Spray sides and bottom of a 9 x 13 pan with cooking spray. Begin layering: cabbage, meat sauce, shredded cheese, cabbage, meat sauce, shredded cheese, cabbage and remaining 1/4 can of crushed tomatoes and sliced cheese. Bake uncovered at 400º for 30-40 minutes until bubbly.
