1 box jumbo shells, cooked
1 lb. ground beef
1 pkg. frozen spinach, cooked and drained
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
8 oz. cream cheese
salt
pepper
oregano
olive oil
Parmesan cheese
tomato sauce (1 lg. & 1 sm. jar of sauce)

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet, saute garlic and onion in olive oil. Add meat and cook until brown. Add spinach and mix in. Season with salt, pepper, and oregano. Add cream cheese. Mix until cream cheese is melted and coating the meat mixture. Stuff each shell with a spoonful of the meat mixture. Pour sauce in a 9 x 13 pan. Place stuffed shells in the pan and top with the remainder of the sauce. Bake at 375º until bubbling. Top with Parmesan cheese.
