3 sticks butter, softened
1 tsp. lemon extract
2 c. sugar
2 c. cake flour
6 eggs
pinch of salt
1 tsp. vanilla extract

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs one at a time, beating for one minute after each is added. Add vanilla and lemon extract and the pinch of salt. Add flour a little at a time and beat well. Bake for 1 hour at 350°. Use tube pan.
