3 T. creamy peanut butter
2 tsp. sugar
2 cloves garlic minced
2 T. reduced-sodium soy sauce
1 T. water
1 1/4 tsp. rice-wine vinegar
1 T. chopped fresh cilantro

Directions:

In small bowl combine peanut butter, sugar and garlic until smooth. Add soy sauce, water, vinegar and cilantro and stir until combined.

1 T. per serving. Thread strips of pork or chicken and/or veggie chunks on small skewers. (Soak wooden skewers first) Can be briefly marinated in soy sauce and then grill. Use this peanut sauce for dipping.
