1/3 c. flour,

1/3 c. soy sauce,

1/4 c. sugar,

1-1/2 tbl. Hoisin Sauce,

2 tsp. shredded fresh ginger,

1/4 c.light corn syrup,

1 c. ketchup,

1/4 c. sherry,

3/4 tsp. salt,

4 medium garlic cloves,

minced,

3 lbs. pork spareribs.

Put flour in an oven cooking bag 14x20. Shake. Mix together ketchup, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger. Pour into bag. Mix ingredients in bag to dissolve flour. Place spareribs in bag. Turn several times to coat ribs. Close bag with tie. Make (6) 1/2 " slits in top of bag. Cook in preheated 325º oven for 1 1/2 hrs. To glaze ribs brush with hot corn syrup and spoon on sauce from bag.
