3 c. plus 6 T. flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. and 1 T. crisco
8 T. water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour and salt, then add crisco 1/3 at a time until blended. Add water one tablespoon at a time, blending in each one. Divide dough into 3 parts. Roll out 3 pie crusts, put filling in and cook.
