½ C. butter or margarine
1 C. sugar
2 eggs
1 C. (about 2) mashed bananas
¼ C. milk
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 C. flour
1 ½ tsp. baking powder
½ tsp. baking soda
¼ tsp salt
½ C. chopped nuts
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, sugar and eggs.
Add other liquids.
Add dry ingredients.
Bake in 2 well greases loaf pans
At 350 for 1 hour or until they pass
the toothpick test in the center.
