1/4 lb. butter
1/2 c. heavy cream
8 1/2 oz. small peas (optional)
3/4 c. parmesan cheese
1 T. MSG
8 oz. package of fettuccine noodles

Directions:
Directions:
Combine butter, cream, drained peas (optional), cheese and MSG.
Boil noodles according to package directions.
Drain noodles and combine with sauce.
Serve with extra cheese.

Alternate "nite before" preparation. Prepare as above and under cook noodles, boiling only 6 minutes.
Bake in preheated 450º oven 15 minutes.
