Ingredients:  
1/4 lb. butter
3 oz. cream cheese
1/4 lb. sharp cheddar cheese
2 egg whites
1 loaf of either italian or french bread

Directions:
Directions:
In double boiler melt butter, cream cheese and sharp cheese,beat well. Fold in beaten stiff egg whites. Cube the loaf of bread removing crust on cubes. Dip in cheese mixture, coat well and place on cookie sheet. Freeze or refrigerate. Bake 350º for 10 minutes.
