2 eggs
1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1 (12 oz.) can of evaporated milk
Crust:
Pillsbury Pie Crust
Topping:
Whipped cream or Cool Whip (lazy)

Directions:
Separate eggs and beat yolks. Combine all ingredients except eggs whites. Beat whites then gently fold them in. Put ingredients into a 9" or 10" pie plate that is prepared with a Pillsbury Pie Crust. Bake for 15 min. at 425º then reduce heat to 350º for 20 to 30 minutes.
