1 1/2 lbs. shrimp, 1/2 lb. white mushrooms, butter,1 C grated Parmesan cheese, 1/4 C butter, 1/4 C flour and 2 C milk.

Directions:
Directions:
Boil and peel shrimp: set aside. Saute mushrooms in a little butter and set aside. Make a white sauce by melting 1/4 C butter adding flour and then stirring in milk until mixture becomes smooth and thickens. Add cheese to sauce. Cover bottom of casserole dish with mushrooms. Place shrimp on top and then pour white sauce mixture over all at once. Do not stir. Bake @ 350º for 20 min. Serve with fettuccine
