1 (26 oz.) bag of frozen shredded hash browns
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (softened)
3 (14 ½ oz. - 43.5 oz. total) cans of chicken broth
1 (12 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
Salt and pepper to taste
Bacon bits
Shredded cheddar cheese and chopped chives on top

Directions:
Directions:
Mix cream cheese, chicken soup, and half of the chicken broth together until smooth. Pour into crock pot. Add hash browns and the rest of the chicken broth. Cook on high 2½ - 3 hours or on low for 5 hours. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with cheese, bacon bits and chives.
