1lb. ground beef
8 oz. tomato sauce
16 oz. of water
4 potatoes pealed & cut into large cubes
onions, salt, pepper, and garlic optional to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef with salt & pepper (optional onion & garlic) Drain fat. Add tomato sauce, potatoes and water. Bring to boil then cover and reduce heat, let simmer for about 20 min.
Serve alone or with tortillas
