2 cans great northern beans
2 cans garbanzo beans (I use other kinds of white
beans, not Garbanzo)
6 cups chicken broth
2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. cumin
2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. cayenne pepper (or more)
1 can (7 oz.) diced green chilies, drained
1 large onion chopped
4 cups chicken (about 4 – 5 breasts)
2 cups sour cream
3 cups jack cheese, grated

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onions in oil until transparent. Cook chicken in broth, then break into bite size pieces and set aside. Add all seasonings, beans, onions and chilies to broth. Bring to a boil and simmer for 2 hours. Add chicken. Just before serving, stir in sour cream and cheese. Do not boil after this point. Serve.
