1 bag frozen hash browns
slices of black forest ham or any ham
cheddar cheese grated
6 eggs
salt and pepper
1/2 tsp dry mustard
1/4 C chopped onion
1/4 C green pepper
2 tsp worchetershire sauce
3 C milk
dash of tobasco sauce
1/2 C butter melted
crushed corn flakes

Directions:
Directions:
Spray a 9x13 baking pan with cooking spray. Cover bottom of pan with half of the hash browns, ham, grated cheese and end with the rest of the bag of hash browns.
Beat eggs, salt, pepper, mustard, onion, green pepper, worchestshire sauce, milk and tobasco sauce. Pour over sandwich and place in refrigerator overnight.
In the morning pour melted butter and crushed cornflakes over top.
Bake for 1 hour @ 350º.
Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
