1c butter
1 c packed brown sugar
1 c granulated sugar
2 eggs beaten until frothy
2 c sifted flour
1 t baking soda
1 t baking powder
1/4 t salt
1 t vanilla
1 c flaked coconut
1 c chopped pecans
3 c quick-cooking rolled oats

Directions:
Directions:
1. Turn oven to 375 degrees. Lightly grease cookie sheet.
2. Using a mixer, cream butter with sugar(brown and gran.) until fluffy; beat in eggs.
3. Sift flour with baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Mix in with creamed mixture; blend in vanilla.
4. Mix in coconut, chopped pecans, and rolled oats until blended.
5. Roll into 1 1/4 in. balls and flatten to 1/8 in. patties, two inches apart or drop by spoon onto cookie sheet.
6. Bake 8 to 10 minutes until pale brown.
