3c. flour,

2 1/2 c. sugar,

1 1/2 c.milk,

1 1/8 c. oil,

3 eggs,

1-1/2 tsp. baking powder,

1-1/2 tsp. salt,

1-1/2 tsp. vanilla,

1 tbl. poppyseeds,

2 tsp. lemon juice.


TOPPING:

3/4 c. sugar,

1/4 c. lemon juice,


Microwave until sugar dissolves, Poke holes in of bread and pour mixture over top.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and bake at 350º for 1 hour.
Pour topping into holes in warm bread.
