1/2 c. dry breadcrumbs
2 Tbsp. finely chopped pecans
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/2 c. low-fat buttermilk
1/2 tsp. hot sauce
3 Tbsp. flour
4 (6oz) tilapia fillets
1 Tbsp. oil, divided
lemon wedges

Directions:
Directions:
Combine breadcrumbs, pecans, salt, garlic, and pepper in a shallow dish.
Combine buttermilk and hot sauce in a medium bowl.
Place flour in a dish.
Dredge fillets in flour, dip in to buttermilk mixture, then into breadcrumbs.
Heat 1 1/2 tsp oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook 2 fillets for 3 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily.
Add remaining oil and cook additional 2 fillets.
Serve with lemon. ENJOY!
