2-3 C chopped rhubarb
1 C brown sugar
1 egg
2 Tbsp melted margarine
1 Tbsp cream
2 Tbsp flour

Directions:
Directions:
Place chopped rhubarb in a uncooked pie shell. Mix all other ingredients together and pour over rhubarb. Cover with pastry and cut a couple slits in the top pastry to allow for venting.
Bake 350 - 400º for 1 hour.

This was one of Dad's favorite pies. I would bring one to Waterton and he would hide it in the motorhome for him and Uncle Bub.
