3 small cans of tomato soup
1 (14½ oz.) can of stewed tomatoes
1 (6 oz.) can V-8 juice
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 small onion
1 tsp. garlic
1 pt. half & half
mozzarella cheese & croutons


Directions:
Directions:
Heat- tomato soup, tomatoes,V-8 juice until hot (do not boil). Saute- onions & garlic in small amount of butter until the butter is clear; add this to the hot soup. Cut up the cream cheese into small chunks, add to the soup mixture, use a wire whip until the chunks are in small pieces. Stir in the half and half, heat for 10 min., don't boil. Top with mozzarella cheese and croutons.. Enjoy!
