2 tbsp all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp paprika
1 3/4 lbs boneless beef top round cut into 1 1/2 inch strips
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup onion mushroom soup mix
2 jars (4 1/2 oz) sliced mushrooms
1/2 cup sour cream - optional
1 tbsp parsley
1 - 2 pkgs egg noodles

Directions:
Directions:
In a large resealable plastic bag, mix flour, garlic powder, pepper & paprika. Add beef strips and shake to coat. Transfer to crockpot.

Combine soup, soup mix and water; pour over beef. Cover and cook on low for 6 - 7 hours or until beef is tender.

Stir in mushrooms, sour cream and parsley. cover and cook 15 minutes longer. Serve over prepared egg noodles.
