3 Tbsp. butter
3 chicken breasts (with rib bone)
1 sm onion
2 cloves garlic
2 c. half and half
2 cans cream style corn
2 c. Monterey jack cheese, shredded
1 sm can chopped green chilies
1/2 tsp. hot sauce
1/2 tsp. ground cumin
1-2 cans chicken broth

Directions:
Directions:
Boil chicken in salt and pepper until done. Cool and pull from the bone. Melt butter; add chicken, onion, garlic and saute for 10 minutes. Stir in half and half, cheese, corn, chilies, hot sauce, cumin and chicken broth to the consistency you prefer.
