4 cups confectioner's sugar
water
1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions:
Add confectioner's sugar to a bowl. Slowly add water to the sugar and mix until desired thickness is obtained (thinner than frosting). Add vanilla and stir into icing.

After cookies have cooled, dip top of each cookie into the icing and wipe off excess. Sprinkle with colorful jimmies or crushed walnuts.
