2 lbs. flank steak
2 T. butter
3/4 cup chopped onion
1 clove minced garlic
1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
1/4 cup slivered almonds
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 1/2 cups soft bread cubes
3/4 t. poultry seasoning
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 t. salt
pepper
1/2 cup dry white wine
1/2 cup beef broth
few dashes Worcestershire sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Pound steak as thin as possible without making holes. In skillet, saute onions and garlic in butter. Add mushrooms and cook 3 minutes. Add nuts, parsley, bread cubes, poultry seasoning, salt, and egg. Mix thoroughly. Spread mixture on flat steak and roll up lengthwise. Tie with string at 2 inch intervals. Brown meat in a little oil. Pour combined wine, beef broth, and Worcestershire sauce over meat. Season with pepper. Cover tightly and bake at 350º for 2 hours.
