2 cups diced chicken
2 cups diced celery
2 cups cooked white rice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup mayo
1 T. minced onion
1 jar sliced mushrooms
1 can sliced water chestnuts
1 jar sliced pimento

Topping:
1 cup crushed corn flakes
1/2 cup sliced almonds
2 T. melted butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Combine slightly sautéed celery and onion with other ingredients and place in flat casserole dish. Combine corn flakes and nuts with melted butter. Toss lightly and place on top. Bake uncovered in 350º oven for 40 minutes.
