8 half skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 can cream of mushroom soup
12 oz. sour cream
3/4 cup cooking sherry
1/2 lb. sliced fresh mushrooms
salt, pepper, garlic salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place chicken in shallow casserole dish. Season with salt, pepper, and garlic salt. Combine sour cream and mushroom soup. Pour over chicken. Bake uncovered at 400º for30 minutes. Add sliced mushrooms and sherry. Continue to bake for 40 minutes. Serve with rice or noodles.
