shoulder or leg of lamb
tin tomatoes
tin butter beans
tin kidney bean
whole bulb of garlic
hungarian smoked paprika (1 dessert spoon)
1 onion

Directions:
Directions:
use a heavy roasting tin.
pour in beans and tomatoes and sliced onion,
put garlic in middle of tin,mix in paprika
put lamb on top, cover with baking foil or lid, roast slowly till meat is falling off the bone.
squeeze garlic out of skins, mix into sauce,
serve with mashed potatoes and a green vegetable.
