1 tsp made mustard
6 oz grated strong cheese
2-3 fl.oz milk
worcestershire sauce
4 slices bread
salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
into a saucepan goes the butter, cheese, milk, worcestershire sauce, mustard,salt and pepper. heat gently until the sauce is thick and smooth.
toast the bread on one side, pour mixture on other side, spread with a knife, return to grill to brown, serve hot.
good with a crisp green salad.
