125gm unsalted butter
300gm good quality dark chocolate
3tbsp golden syrup
100gm ginger biscuit
100gm marshmallows
50gm glace cherries
50gm malteesers

Directions:
Directions:
melt butter, chocolate and golden syrup in a heavy based pan.
add crushed biscuits,malteesers
use scissors to cut up cherries and marshmallows, add these (not the scissors).
stir well to mix.
line a swiss roll tin (or similar) with parchment, spread mixture and leave to cool (if you can wait that long)
turn out and cut into small bars.
consume with joy

these are very popular.
add any combination of biscuit or dried fruit to taste. dried apricots cut up small are good, so are plump sultanas
