tin tuna (dolphin friendly)
curry paste (tbsp)
onion
mango chutney (tbsp)
mayonnaise (2 tbsp)

Directions:
Directions:
drain tuna well.
fry thinly sliced onion gently till soft but not coloured
mix curry paste into onion. take off heat. allow to cool.
mix with mayonnaise and mango, then add tuna and beat gently. chill.
lovely with fresh vegetable chunks or toast.
