4-6 POUND PORK SHOULDER
1 YELLOW ONION CHOPPED
3/4 CUP CIDER VINEGAR
3/4 CUP KETCHUP
1/4 CUP MOLASSES
1/3 CUP BROWN SUGAR
1 TBS WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE
1 TSP DRY MUSTARD
1 TSP KOSHER SALT
1 TSP PEPPER
SOFT SANDWICH ROLLS OR BUNS

CUT PORK INTO 3 OR 4 PIECES AND BROWN IN HEATED OIL ON ALL SIDES. PLACE PORK PIECES IN SLOW COOKER SPRAYED WITH NONSTICK COOKING SPRAY. ADD ONION TO PAN AND SAUTE TILL GOLDEN. ADD VINEGAR AND STIR TO SCRAPE UP BROWNED BITS ON THE PAN BOTTOM. STIR IN KETCHUP, BROWN SUGAR, MOLASSES, WORCESTERSHIRE SAUCE MUSTARD, SALT AND PEPPER, COOK, STIRRING UNTIL MIXTURE STARTS TO BUBBLE. POUR OVER PORK AND COOK ON LOW IN SLOW COOKER FOR 8-10 HOURS. SERVE ON TOASTED ROLLS OR BUNS.
