1 can garbanzo beans, rinsed and drained
1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
1 cucumber, seeded and diced
¼ cup red onions, chopped
1 teaspoon basil
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Combine beans, tomatoes, cucumber, onion and basil in bowl.
Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper in a separate bowl. Pour the liquid mixture over beans
Serve cold or room temperature.
May serve over lettuce
