1/2 c butter
6 oz chocolate, cut into pieces
4 eggs
3/4 c sugar
11/4 c finely chopped nuts [walnuts, pecans, macadamia]
2 T flour
3 T Kahlua
1 tsp vanilla

Topping:
2 oz chocolate
2 T Kahlua

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325*

Melt butter and 6 oz chocolate in microwave for 1 minute. Set aside to cool.

In large bowl beat eggs, sugar till lemon colored - about 5 minutes. Stir in nuts and flour

Stir Kahlua and vanilla into cooled chocolate. Stir chocolate mixture into egg mixture until well blended
Pour batter into greased 9" springform pan.
Bake 35-45 minutes or till top is set.
Cool completely and remove from pan. Set onto cake plate.
Melt 2 oz chocolate and 2 T Kahlua and drizzle over cake.

This is my go-to dessert. Outstanding!!

You can substitute Kahlua for Grand Marnier if you like
