1 1/2 pounds large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tbsp olive oil
2 garlic cloves, minced
coarse salt and ground pepper
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
lemon wedges, for serving if desired

Directions:

Heat broiler with rack set 4 inches from heat.
Sprinkle shrimp with oil and garlic and season generously with salt and pepper - toss to coat. Arrange shrimp in single layer on a large broilerproof rimmed baking sheet.

Broil until opaque throughout, 3 - 4 minutes. Sprinkle with lemon juice and parsley.

Serve immediately. Garnish with lemon wedges if desired.
