1/2 cup of shortening or 1 stick of margarine
1 cup of sugar
2 eggs beaten
3 ripe bananas mashed
2 cups flour
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 cup walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Blend butter and sugar. Add beaten eggs. Next add the mashed bananas with the baking soda. Now add the flour and baking powder. Mix well. Fold in nuts. Pour into lightly greased loaf pan. Bake for 40 minutes at 325º
