2 bags or 1 lb. cleaned spinach
1 pt. strawberries, sliced thick
1 cup pecan halves, roasted and sugared
4+ Tblsp. of sugar

Dressing:
1/3 cup red vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1 cup oil
1 cup sugar
1-1/2 Tblsp. dry minced onion
1-1/2 Tblsp poppy seed
1 tsp. dry mustard

Directions:
Directions:
Brown pecan halves and sugar in a heavy skillet over low heat, may need more sugar. Watch closely as it burns easily.

For dressing: mix all ingredients in a blender. Refrigerate until using. Put dressing on top of salad ingredients right before serving.
