2 C Corn kernels (fresh or frozen)
2 Eggs, beaten
1 t Sugar
2 T Butter, melted
2 T Flour
1/2 t salt
Pepper to taste
1 C Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Combine above ingredients in bowl and mix together. Spoon the mixture into a greased 1-1/2 quart casserole and bake at 350º for about 45 minutes, or until set in center. Let stand a few minutes before serving.
