1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. uncooked long-grain rice
1 small onion, chopped fine
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 c. milk
1 can tomato soup

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients, except soup. Mix together well.
Shape into meatballs (golf-ball size). Place in well - greased baking dish. Pour soup over all. Cover and bake at 350º for one hour. Uncover and bake another 20 minutes.
