1 lb ground beef
1 T salad oil
1/4 c onion, diced
2 tsp salt
1 tsp chili pepper
1/4 tsp pepper
1 1lb can tomatoes, diced, drained
1 12oz can whole corn, drained
1 1/4 c beef broth
1/2 c green pepper, thin strips
1 1/3 c minute rice
3/4 c honey b b q sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in oil, keeping meat in coarse chunks. Add onion and reduce heat to medium and cook until onions are tender but not browned. Add seasonings, corn, tomatoes and broth and bring to boil. Stir in green peppers and bring to boil again. Stir in rice, remove from heat. Cover and let stand 5-8 minutes. Fluff with fork
