1/2 c beef broth
1/2 c chicken broth
1/4 c celery, chopped
1/4 c onion, chopped
1/4 c green pepper, chopped
1 T cornstarch
2 T water
1 c corned beef, coarsely chopped
8 oz Swiss cheese, coarsely chopped
3/4 c sauerkraut, drained
1/4 c butter, melted
2 c half and half

Directions:
Directions:
Place first five ingredients in pan and bring to boil; reduce to simmer for 10 minutes. Mix cornstarch and water and add to broth mixture. Remove from heat.
Add meat, cheese,sauerkraut.
Stir together butter and half and half and stir into soup mixture. Simmer.
