6 Cups Cauliflower, fresh or frozen
1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
1/2 tsp. Kosher Salt
1/ tsp. Black pepper
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
In large bow, combine cauliflower, oil salt and pepper; toss to combine. Transfer cauliflower to a large baking sheet and spread into a single layer. Roast in oven at 450º until cauliflower is golden brown, tossing occasionally, about 15 minutes. Remove from oven, place in serving bowl and sprinkle with cheese, toss to mix.

I don't like cooked cauliflower, this is the 2nd cooked cauliflower recipe I've had that I like. The other one, Uncle Joe (Armbruster) made about 20 yrs ago. He made his own concoction, it was delicious.
It's been suggested to add garlic to the above recipe.
