2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup mayonnaise
4 ounces canned chopped green chilies, drained
4 ounces canned diced jalapeņo peppers, drained
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
Panko bread crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix together first 4 ingredients and put in shallow baking dish.

2. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

3. Top with Panko bread crumbs.

4. Cover and bake at 375 until warmed through. Uncover and increase heat to 400. Bake until bread crumbs are browned.
