20 lbs Pork Shoulder
6 T Pepper
6 T Nature Seasoning
10 T Salt
2 Cups garlic
3 Cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Chop meat into 1 inch cubes, add all other ingredients and mix well. Let marinate in the refrigerators for 2 days. Using a meat stuffing attachments, grind the meat in to the casings. The kielbasa can be frozen for up to 6 months without losing it's flavor.
Kielbasa should be boiled first then it can be browned in a shallow frying pan.
