1 c boiling water
1 c sundried tomatos
3 cloves garlic
1/4 c fresh basil
4 tsp parsley leaves
1 Tbs choppe shallot
1 Tbs fresh lemon juice
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tsp dijon mustard
1 tsp soy sauce
2 Tbs olive oil
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 tsp red pepper flake

Sauce:
1. In medium bowl pour boiling water over the sundried and garlic, soak for 20 minutes

2. Blend basil, parsley and shallot until minced.

3. Add tomatos, garlic and 1/2c soaking liquid

4. Add lemon juice, vinegar, mustard, soy sauce, olive oul, salt and dried pepper flakes. Blend until sauce reaches spreading consistency add extra liquid if necessary

For salmon:

1. Heat a large pan on medium heat
2. spoon tomato sauce in pan
3. place salmon on top of sauce, skin side down
4, cook 5-7 minutes. Turn fish over and continue cooking for another 5 minutes or until done.
