Roma tomatoes, diced
1 tablespoon of chopped garlic
fresh basil chopped
olive oil (just a slight coating of the tomatoes)
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients and refrigerate.
Before you serve add some fresh grated Parmesan cheese.
Serve with small garlic toast or make your own tortilla chips.

Homemade tortilla chips:
Flour tortilla-cut into strips, add salt or garlic salt to taste.
Bake at 400º until lightly brown.
