1 can butter beans drained
1 clove garlic
¼ c. Tahini (Sesame seed paste)
1/4 c. lime juice
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. white pepper
½ tsp. Hot pepper flakes

Mix all above ingredients in blender until smooth. You’ll never miss the sour cream. Serve with cut veggies or chips.
