2 cans Mexican Corn
1 can black beans
1 can Rotel
1 c. Real Mayo
1 c. Sour Cream
2 c. Cheddar Cheese (shredded)

Directions:
Directions:
Drain corn, rinse black beans and drain well, mix all ingredients together. Chill for 2 hours before serving.

Serve with Tortilla or Pita chips or toast points.
